Our Big Day

We want to celebrate our love with you on this day. For this we need you, fun, delicious food and good drinks.

The day starts around 2 pm at the open air museum in a small town called Molfsee. In this open air museum there are original houses from the 16th to the 20th century. There is a lot of grass, sandy paths and some animals. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

Around 2:30 pm there will be a free wedding ceremony followed by a champagne reception and some snacks. Afterwards there will be time for conversation and a tour of the museum. From 6pm we can go to our ballroom at the hotel Bärenkrug, which is in the same town. You can either walk (about 24 minutes) or have someone drive you. Of course you can change your clothes or freshen up if you like.

Dinner will be served at the Bärenkrug and then it's off to the party. As for the drinks, we'll just say: we pay per person, not per drink - so let it rip! :-) We have the room until 4 am and are happy if you party with us for a long time.

Is there a dress code? We don't have one. Just wear what you feel comfortable in. The weather in Schleswig-Holstein is very changeable and it can be quite chilly in the houses of the open-air museum. So be flexible ;-)
